Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Travel Consultant (business or leisure) role is preferable
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Ability to communicate clearly across the team & business
  • Confident in dealing with internal and external clients
  • Excellent written and oral English is essential; addition languages are an advantage
  • An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
Responsibilities
  • Book travel (air, train, taxi, accommodation etc for all FNZ travellers globally)
  • Recognise and advise potential visa, tax, health regulations and requirements to relevant parties
  • Liaise with stakeholders, travellers and travel bookers to determine specific requirements
  • Establish and maintain relationships with colleagues and suppliers
  • Actively source the most valuable solutions
  • Maintain JIRA and MI reporting to the standards required
  • Consistently reconcile transactions to track budgetary targets
  • Assist HR/Mobility with relocating, existing staff, external hires and with onboarding
  • Pro-active follow up to ensure traveller wellbeing and supplier performance
  • Keep up to date with industry news and changing travel regulations
  • Other administrative tasks may be required
  • After-hours work will be required on a rota system
