Requirements
  • 3 or more years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Experience in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
  • Perform unit, system, and integration testing.
  • Debug and fix technical problems.
  • Support the development of detailed technical documentation.
  • Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.
  • Participate in platform upgrade activities including regression testing and reconfiguration.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
