Requirements
  • BS / BA Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, business operations, consulting, business development, finance, or strategy
  • Comfort with, and ability to operate at an aggressive, accelerated, iterative pace in a dynamic environment
  • Extensive experience with data modeling and data analysis
  • Excellent communication, project and time management, writing and presentation skills with the ability to confidently interact with senior management
  • CPG experience preferred; familiarity with cannabis or another highly regulated, fragmented industry a plus
Responsibilities
  • PAX is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Commercial Planning & Sales Operations team. Our Commercial Planning & Sales Operations team drives operational excellence, influences GTM success strategy, partners inside and outside the commercial function, and executes initiatives to maximum impact. In short, they enable our GTM teams to operate as effectively and efficiently as possible in achieving their revenue objectives
  • The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally (with sales, trade, product, operations, marketing, finance, and external parties) in analyzing and creating sales reports in efforts to drive revenue. This person takes accountability for deliverables; they reliably lead and deliver multiple concurrent work streams and adjust focus as priorities shift.
