Requirements
  • 7+ years of HR business partner experience working in a high paced environment
  • Demonstrated solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple geographies and partners
  • Demonstrated experience building strong and trusted relationships across your clients and partners
  • Ability to use HR reporting and analytics in generating insights and presenting findings back to the business, as well as tracking and disseminating key HR data
  • Ability to execute firm-wide talent initiatives with excellence
  • Demonstrated project management and change management experience
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial people strategies with your client groups in support of our business strategy and operational objectives with a keen focus on diversity and inclusion
  • Focus on performance management by providing advice and guidance on leadership development, succession planning, coaching, and separations
  • Build strong relationships with your clients, establishing an effective partnership as an experienced business partner capable of providing advice and expertise tailored for specific business needs
  • Use data to identify trends, determine the root cause of issues, and drive informed decision making for your businesses
  • Partner closely with the broader HR team including members of Compensation, Benefits, and Legal across the U.S., UK, and Asia
  • Execute on talent management strategies in partnership with the firm's Recruiting teams to support business objectives
  • Lead the firm's reward philosophy through proactive consultation and partnership with the Compensation team to drive a meritocracy
