Requirements
  • BA/BS degree and 10+ years demonstrated experience in Training/Learning & Development
  • 5+ years experience leading high performing teams
  • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of Instructional Design, Training Facilitation and Knowledge Management/Knowledge Content Strategy
  • Experience utilizing Adult Learning Theory in designing, developing and delivering training
  • Experience using ADDIE model
  • Consistent track record of identifying problems and using strategic skills to drive appropriate solutions
  • Growth mindset and ability to embrace change with a great attitude and build structure with ambiguity
  • Ability to organize and analyze data from various systems to draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Ability to synthesize analysis results and present data telling a story in a streamlined manner
  • Possess consultative, influential, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills including the ability to meet with senior leaders and present to them with confidence, impact and influence
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities and multitasking in a deadline oriented environment
Responsibilities
  • Own the vision, strategy and operating structure for the Training and Knowledge Enablement Programs
  • Drive development of content management and governance structure for knowledge resources
  • Partner with demand forecasting, recruiting and member care leadership to develop annual training roadmap
  • Partner with Quality and Decision Analytics to continuously monitor and evaluate member experience indicators (e.g. quality scores, member satisfaction scores) and identify opportunities to incorporate learnings into training and knowledge resources
  • Provide the business with data, insights and reporting related to training adherence and knowledge retention
  • Directly manage the Manager of Member Care Training, the Member Care Training Program Manager and Knowledge Enablement Specialists
  • Oversee the administration and operationalization of the Learning Management System
  • Provide Member Care Leaders regular insights on how new hires are performing in first 90 days of employment
  • Develop standard and scalable processes and procedures to deliver best-in-class education and knowledge resources

  • Experience in customer service/call center environment
  • Experience or interest in working with remote distributed teams, including working across time zones
