Requirements
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills are required.
  • A valid driver's license and good standing to legally operate a motor vehicle are required.
  • The employee must be physically capable of operating a motor vehicle regularly and lifting up to 50 pounds or more.
  • The employee must maintain regular and punctual attendance, adhere to safety requirements, and meet company quality and quantity standards.
Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support during procedures.
  • Identify, establish, support, and develop relationships with key clinical and non-clinical decision-makers to support company product lines clinically.
  • Educate and update customers through company-approved in-service training, literature, videos, and articles.
  • Provide clinical experience to the Sales force, Product Development, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and other internal groups.
  • Maintain knowledge of SBU product lines, clinical procedures, business ethics, and other educational requirements.
  • Support the annual business plan to help the sales team meet or exceed projected sales goals.
  • Complete expense reports, call reports, and other required administrative documentation.
  • Maintain frequent communication with the Regional Manager and other support functions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reports and records.
  • Interact effectively and professionally with people at various levels of the global organization to achieve company goals.
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing throughout various levels of the global organization.
  • Solve problems and work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Remain calm and receptive in fast-paced situations.
  • Travel internationally and domestically as required, up to 70%.
  • Sit for extended periods and use close visual acuity when working with computers and equipment.
  • Occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and stand for extended periods.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Three years of experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
