  • 5+ years of combined experience, with deep knowledge in both iOS and Android mobile design, and an understanding of producing work that minimizes engineering rework to adopt to the other platform
  • Experience and ability to work collaboratively across teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering)
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, etc
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and feedback
  • Agile mindset, with experience in prototyping and creating interactive prototypes
  • Understanding of user research and past experience with user research platforms
  • Prior startup experience
Responsibilities
  • Increase our demo success rate with government and enterprise customers, allowing us to multiply our sales pipeline
  • Beat telco benchmarks in consumer onboarding completion rate, resulting in faster growth
  • Work with a UX researcher to understand customer needs and achieve measurable success in usability and engagement
  • Identify key metrics and features that indicate user engagement and drive measurable improvement in those metrics and feature usage, ultimately boosting user retention and achieving industry-leading app ratings
  • Develop a comprehensive design language, including a style guide and reusable components, consistent with our brand
  • Reduce the average design iteration cycle time, resulting in faster mobile development overall
  • Design and prototype new app features that leverage the latest mobile design trends and technologies
