Responsibilities
  • Own end to end recruitment cycle for mid-senior level hiring
  • Work closely with business leaders to manage expectations and business outcomes
  • Implement interview processes, structure panel interviews, build out appropriate exercises, and briefs that assess candidate competencies against CSS job profiles
  • Implement talent strategies to identify gaps in hiring needs, understand where to look for talent, creatively source and engage candidates, and ultimately build teams at CSS
  • Utilize CSS tool stack to track outreach, organize talent pipeline for maximum efficiency, and leverage data to optimize recruiting tactics/strategy and maximize success
  • Own hiring manager relationships
