Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in outreach to communities is required.
  • Community mobilization and/or volunteer recruitment and management experience is required.
  • Strong public speaking experience is required.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish language ability is required.
  • Ability to represent the company at specified campaigns and initiatives as assigned by management is required.
  • A current driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Ability to provide quality customer service while upholding and demonstrating company values is required.
Responsibilities
  • Promote dental practices by directly engaging potential patients and referral partners in the communities served to increase awareness and generate new patient leads.
  • Identify regional opportunities to represent the company as a CHOICE Ambassador at public events and through grassroots outreach efforts to drive and meet new patient growth goals.
  • Plan, schedule, and deliver community engagement opportunities for targeted demographics and patient segments.
  • Represent CHOICE Ambassador standards and serve as a role model for other company ambassadors.
  • Identify and engage area general practitioners with regional clinics to promote company services and establish new patient referral streams.
  • Develop knowledge of underserved community health and dental health issues in assigned target populations and geographic areas.
  • Travel to target patient population areas to represent the region at relevant community events and schedule new patients on-site.
  • Engage families and individuals in the community to educate them about pediatric and orthodontic dental care and encourage appointment scheduling.
  • Respond to requests for information about the company, its services, and basic dental information to educate and empower patients to schedule clinic appointments.
  • Track leads generated through outreach efforts and analyze their efficacy and return.
  • Complete ad hoc projects as needed by management and the team.
  • Schedule community outreach events to generate opportunities for new patient leads.
  • Directly engage potential new patients and schedule appointments or gather lead information for follow-up according to office, regional outreach, and new patient goals.
  • Meet monthly appointment goals set by the Outreach Manager and Outreach Specialist Lead to support operational growth targets.
  • Engage community partners to schedule and present oral health content and promotional messages to schools, businesses, and the general public.
  • Audit assigned offices for compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Comply with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to the industry.
  • Review metrics and update data before monthly marketing reports.
  • Coordinate regional marketing collateral needs and maintain organized marketing inventory.
  • Maintain and update assigned responsibilities according to the Marketing Task List.
  • Review data for referral reports.
  • Collaborate with clinic teams and cross-functional teams on existing patient retention efforts, including outbound communications for treatment and retention goals.
  • Prepare and deliver drop-off outreach promotional kits and gifts as directed.
  • Collaborate with PCD, human resources, finance, facilities, information technology, and operations departments.
