Requirements
  • College/University degree or equivalent with a business focus and relevant/proven experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy and excellent writing skills including the ability to tailor messaging to all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize time accordingly
  • Strong process management skills and direct experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders at one time
  • Ability to interact comfortably at senior levels of the organization while also being a contributor to the team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the changing needs of the COO as they arise
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
Responsibilities
  • Work with the leadership team to identify creative solutions to a wide-array of opportunities and challenges
  • Develop, analyze, and present executive level insights in response to senior management requests
  • Lead cross divisional coordination of high priority COO efforts (e.g., strategic planning, annual budget planning, etc.)
  • Coordinate with partners in Tech COO, Finance, Sourcing, and Human Resources to develop and execute strategies to drive continuous improvement
