The Team:
The Consumer Services organization is chartered with developing and growing services targeted to consumers and SMBs that deliver a superior value and experience. Building on the success of Instant Ink, this team is working on extending the concept to other parts of the business to accelerate the migration from transactional to service-based models across the company.
Responsibilities:
The Consumer Services Team is looking for an intern to partner with our PC-as-a-Service Product Management team to synthesize marketing research and gather competitive insights for PC Service offerings worldwide to recommend strategic approach and best practices to influence future product development and go-to-market strategies.
This position will partner with a variety of teams throughout the organization including, research, product, markets, and marcom. We are looking for a candidate who is not afraid to ask questions to find solutions to problems. Creativity as well as proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint are crucial for the creation of new processes and products. The successful candidate will work directly with the Product Management Director.
Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications)
Currently enrolled in an MBA Program and returning to school following the internship.
Business Plan Creation: Business modeling, service business metrics and drivers
Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Majors:
Business, Business Administration
Preferred Knowledge and Skills (Preferred Qualifications):
Prior experience in subscription or online service-based businesses is highly desired.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $21.00-- $38.00 hourly. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
