The Custom and Compute Business Unit at Marvell designs and develops industry leading SoCs for high core-count AI compute platforms, wired and wireless infrastructure, 5G and 6G acceleration silicon, custom ASIC designs for industry leading customers, and innovative storage technologies to address all segments of the hard disk drive (HDD) and solid-state drive (SSD) markets in cloud data centers, enterprises, and AI applications.
What You Can Expect
- Understanding standard end to end yield reporting formats
- Understanding basic ATE test program structure and flow
- Understanding basic production flow for processor products
- Understanding basic fault, test coverage, and yield models
- Develop scripts using C, Perl, Python, or high-level programming languages to parse raw test data
- Performing characterization on new products on ATE test platforms and generate standard characterization reports
What We’re Looking For
Marvell is looking for highly motivated, talented Test Engineering Intern. You will be a part of a dynamic NPI product engineering team working on most advanced technologies in silicon process and SoC Processors. Working at Marvell is fun, exciting and lot of growth potential within the company. You will work closely with Test and Product engineering team to develop basic ATE test program, write scripts, perform product characterization, and debug new products on ATE test platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Working toward BS/MS (preferred) degree in EE or related technical field(s)
- Have taken classes on basic electrical circuits theory and programming languages (C/C++)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- 0-1 years of previous experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recently completed BS in EE
- Good understanding of Perl, Python script writing techniques
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ in a Unix type environment, with good problem solving skills
- Experience working on ATE test platforms is a strong plus
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
23 - 47, $ per hour.
The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
