Requirements
  • Keen creative sensibility with high standards who is self-driven and can motivate, influence and inspire a team, collaborating effectively and synthesizing multiple voices and opinions
  • Possess knowledge of the creative development process, experience creating storyboards and mood boards with the ability to strategize ways to bring story concepts to life
  • Experience building strong external partner relationships

Responsibilities
  • Generate innovative ideas for advertising campaigns, leveraging deep expertise to create campaigns that generate earned media and incorporate experiential elements, including out-of-home and digital activations
  • Ensure the team serves as guardians of the brand, consistently elevating it through high-quality work. Oversee campaigns from conceptualization to brilliant execution, maintaining brand consistency in all marketing projects
  • Pair story concepts with a vision for bringing them to life through custom content rooted in the CLEAR brand's equity
  • Stay attuned to trends, brands, influencers, and technologies shaping culture. Apply insights to enhance creative approaches
  • Lead a team of creatives to ensure high-quality work and play a key role in developing talent
  • Manage B2C and B2B advertising and marketing communications for the CLEAR Brand
  • Foster an open and collaborative culture where the best ideas thrive. Contribute to building an environment that aligns with CLEAR's core mission and values
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure brand consistency and maintain the highest caliber of creative work across all campaigns. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver project briefs
