As the VP, Content & Creative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and leading creative initiatives across diverse realms, including brand, marketing, product, and communications. As a strategic thinker and creative storyteller, you will invent and create unprecedented experiences by navigating complex projects with a focus on driving revenue initiatives. As a key collaborator across various verticals, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in brand marketing, brand creative, and executing innovative activations and experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Campaign Innovation: Generate innovative ideas for advertising campaigns, leveraging deep expertise to create campaigns that generate earned media and incorporate experiential elements, including out-of-home and digital activations
- Brand Guardian: Ensure the team serves as guardians of the brand, consistently elevating it through high-quality work. Oversee campaigns from conceptualization to brilliant execution, maintaining brand consistency in all marketing projects
- Storytelling Expertise: Pair story concepts with a vision for bringing them to life through custom content rooted in the CLEAR brand’s equity
- Trend Awareness: Stay attuned to trends, brands, influencers, and technologies shaping culture. Apply insights to enhance creative approaches
- Lead a team of creatives to ensure high-quality work and play a key role in developing talent
- Manage B2C and B2B advertising and marketing communications for the CLEAR Brand
- Cultural Leadership: Foster an open and collaborative culture where the best ideas thrive. Contribute to building an environment that aligns with CLEAR’s core mission and values
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure brand consistency and maintain the highest caliber of creative work across all campaigns. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver project briefs
How you’ll measure success:
- Drive engagement/viewership in Marketing campaigns
- Grow and enhance CLEAR’s social media
- Drive strategy and execution in activations and 360 campaigns
- Bring greater alignment across the Marketing Teams
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload and tight deadlines

The base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $230,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
