Amentum is currently seeking a Cost Analyst III to support the PM Soldier Survivability (PM SSV) project office under Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier, Fort Belvoir, VA. This position will afford you an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and cohesive team whose mission is to provide and rapidly deliver enhanced protection, individual equipment, and aviation life support capabilities, which provides combat overmatch and facilitates mission execution.

As a Cost Analyst III you will be expected to provide the following support to the Project Manager Soldier Survivability:
Provides initial planning documents, program & schedule breakdown structures, budget requirement analyses, and earned value guidance to program/Product Directors and integrated product teams.
Provides support during review of contractor proposal submittals, including review of submitted hours, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs and general review of the contractor’s Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Prepares Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Component Cost Analysis (CCA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Affordability Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA).
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in (Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or Mathematics) and ten (10) years’ or more of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and fifteen (l5) or more years’ experience.
Required Clearance:
ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Government Clearance.
