Requirements
  • You have BA/BS degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • You have the ability to effectively identify what's important and prioritize competing workstreams
  • You have a strong understanding of software projects' development, roll-out, and support risks as well as complex systems
  • You have strong technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and risks
  • You are able to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization. You are able to intake diverse inputs and opinions and align stakeholders on a path forward
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills. You are a skilled translator between functional and technical stakeholders
  • You are highly adaptable to new challenges and able to flex seamlessly between high-level strategy and execution work required
  • You are motivated by healthcare data challenges and are inspired by the challenges they bring
Responsibilities
  • Own aligning our business strategy and metrics with our product development efforts and leading an engineering team from design through successful rollout
  • Manage and drive software projects with high technical risk and high coordination complexity
  • Create detailed roadmaps, prioritize relentlessly, and communicate trade-offs internally
  • Identify and fix process gaps around execution, roll-out, and ongoing support of software projects
  • Communicate and evangelize the value of technical infrastructure to the business stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
  • While not required, experience working with health informatics, healthcare data, and healthcare data standards is a plus
