  • 3+ years of logistics experience with supply chain familiarity, preferably in a refurbishment or consumer electronics-related environment.
  • Proficient in using Jira for ticket management and workflow tracking.

  • Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Refurbishment Project Manager in developing and implementing logistics processes for the refurbishment program.
  • Assist in the planning and ramp-up of logistics operations for new and existing refurb projects.
  • Provide input on refurbishment shipping and receiving set up design to maximize efficiencies.
  • Manage the return process for devices, working closely with the Customer Operations team to track, receive, and document returned devices.
  • Use Jira to monitor open tickets related to potential refurbished devices, tracking numbers, and other relevant details.
  • Oversee daily logistics activities, including task organization, workflow prioritization, and cross-team coordination.
  • Ensure that all logistics operations related to refurbishment are running efficiently and according to established timelines.
  • Be present on site in San Bruno for the physical return of devices and allocation in the receiving and storage area.
  • Oversee the receiving of returned devices and components, ensuring proper allocation for refurbishment.
  • Ensure that returned devices, parts, and materials are accurately tracked and organized.
  • Maintain an organized inventory for efficient processing and timely fulfillment of refurbishment orders.
  • Forecast and plan material needs (e.g., packaging, collateral, pallets) based on refurbishment volumes.
  • Ensure the timely procurement of parts, components, and packaging materials essential for the refurbishment process. Collaborate closely with the responsible Global Supply Manager to align procurement activities and meet project demands.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of components and materials.
  • Manage stock levels and address any supply chain issues or delays to maintain smooth operations.
  • Manage the shipping of refurbished devices, ensuring packaging, labeling, and transportation are done on time and to specifications.
  • Coordinate with 3PL providers for pick-up and delivery, ensuring accurate ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) reporting and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of inventory, material usage, returns, shipments, and refurbishment progress, including parts, components, packaging, and other supplies.
  • Provide regular status reports to management on key metrics, project timelines, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Systems teams to ensure accuracy in NetSuite and other reporting platforms.
