Requirements
  • At least three years of customer service or retail experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including mornings, days, nights, and weekends, according to business needs.
  • Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities
  • Support management in overseeing dispensary operations and ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, communicate inventory action items with management, and ensure appropriate product assortment.
  • Oversee intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management for accuracy within the vault.
  • Lead team members in executing programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions.
  • Demonstrate proper cash handling, including processing payments, applying discounts, and maintaining cash, while overseeing team member execution.
  • Lead by example and motivate team members to deliver positive in-store customer experiences and loyalty goals.
  • Participate in Leader On Duty shifts to provide active supervision, recognize team members, and redirect behaviors supporting the customer journey.
  • Facilitate a consistent omnichannel customer experience across in-store, drive-through, curbside, and delivery channels.
  • Complete and appropriately delegate assigned tasks during scheduled shifts, ensuring adequate sales floor coverage and zoning.
  • Participate in selecting talent and lead onboarding and training of new team members in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to help team members exceed performance and behavioral expectations, and partner with management on accountability.
  • Help facilitate the store team member badging process with local and state agencies.
  • Maintain and coordinate team member shift schedules, meal breaks, and rest periods.
  • Move throughout the dispensary, remain stationary when required, communicate with individuals and groups, operate point-of-sale and office productivity equipment, prepare customer orders, inspect order and customer information, and position oneself to move inventory in storage areas.

Green Thumb Industries opened its 13th Nevada location, RISE Dispensary Sparks, on 18 August. The store is located at 1530 S. Stanford Way, Suite B-6 #102, Sparks, NV 89431, near I-80 in South Sparks. RISE Dispensary Sparks will serve both medical patients and adult-use customers from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The shop offers home delivery on orders of $50 or more and stocks Green Thumb's product portfolio, including RYTHM premium flower, Dogwalkers pre-rolls, incredibles chocolates, Beboe gummies, and &Shine vapes. A grand opening event is scheduled for 5 September at 8 a.m. Following company tradition, first-day profits will benefit Food Bank of Northern Nevada. Green Thumb entered the Florida market in 2018 and operates two production facilities in the state, in Ocala and Homestead.
