Requirements
  • Twelve full-time years in a management or leadership position.
  • Eight full-time years in a strategic Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community planning supporting Counterintelligence, Human Intelligence, and Sensitive/ Specialized Intelligence activities.
  • Five full-time years of staff/action officer experience supporting an Intelligence organization, including maintaining accountability of staffing actions, organizing senior-level meetings and briefings, coordinating personnel actions, and disseminating information across the command.
  • Master's Degree.
  • Active Project Management Professional certification.
  • Intermediate Level Education (ILE), Senior Non Commissioned Officer Academy (NCO), or other United States Government or Intelligence Community equivalent.
  • United States Government Counterintelligence Badge & Credential producing or CAT 1 Human Intelligence certification course.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
  • Knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives ICD 203, 206, 300, 501, 704 and 707 related to their duties.
  • Ability to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed.
  • Active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence polygraph eligibility.
Responsibilities
  • Provide intelligence and administrative support enabling Counterintelligence, Human Intelligence, and Sensitive/ Specialized Reconnaissance activities, and INSCOM staff actions.
  • Review, edit, and format documents; respond to staff requests; and manage Requests for Information, task actions, reports, and briefings.
  • Prepare correspondence, read-ahead materials, and briefing books for official functions, meetings, and VIP engagements.
  • Coordinate security access and cross-domain data transfer for intelligence dissemination.
  • Develop, track, and update organizational rosters, charts, taskings, presentations, Operations orders, and related products.
  • Create, edit, and synchronize Counterintelligence, Human Intelligence, and Sensitive/ Specialized Reconnaissance presentations, memorandums, and deliverables for senior and executive leaders.
  • Develop and staff INSCOM G-3X personnel actions (e.g., awards, position descriptions, manning updates).
  • Conduct administrative coordination with INSCOM, Army Service Component Commands, Department of the Army, Department of Defense, and other agencies on Counterintelligence, Human Intelligence, and Sensitive/ Specialized Reconnaissance initiatives, policies, and equipment.
  • Provide regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) updates to Government leadership.
  • Coordinate technical support for INSCOM G-3X personnel, including systems and communications access.
  • Develop recommendations and support for special events, senior-level briefings, conferences, and transition planning.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures, SharePoint sites, and other information repositories.
  • Deliver staff products including Concepts of Operations, Operational Plans, Warnings Orders, OPORDs, Fragmentary Orders, Memorandums for the Record, After Action Reports, White Papers, and Intelligence Summaries.
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, compliant with policy/regulations, and aligned with leadership priorities.
