Requirements
  • Active HIS license in CA, MN, NC, NY, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience
  • HIS applicants must have successfully passed the International Licensing Exam (ILE) administered by the International Hearing Society (IHS)
  • Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule and caseload
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable home internet with hardwired connection (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
  • Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (all associated costs fully covered by hear.com)
Responsibilities
  • Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients across licensed state(s)
  • Educate and guide patients on getting the most from their hearing technology
  • Provide feedback on new hearing care tools and workflows that improve the patient experience
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales Team to ensure seamless patient journeys
  • Contribute clinical insights to hear.com's global network, the largest independent audiology network in the world
