Requirements
  • Well-rounded business leader with min 3-5 years (ideally 5-10) of executive leadership experience at C/D/E/pre-IPO stage company
  • An inspiring people leader that is able to attract, retain and excite exceptional engineers
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineering leaders, providing strategic guidance and driving change through both advice and action
  • Proven experience collaborating with others to develop and achieve organizational goals while supplying expertise and guidance on projects, operations, and systems

  • Experience creating scalable processes for growing organizations to increase predictability, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Experience with setting up and overseeing core elements of a high performing engineering organization including design, development, automation, builds, deployment and performance management
  • Experience influencing product roadmap
