- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution. Alternatively, an Associate degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of software development experience.
- At least 1 year of experience developing software across multiple disciplines, including user interface, application programming interface, and mobile development.
- Proficiency in software containerization, cloud services development, and virtualization environments.
- Solid knowledge of algorithms, programming languages, data structures, scalability, and best practices in cloud or hybrid software and systems development.
- Exhibits Agile Principles and Scrum Values in the delivery of increments.
- Proficient in DevOps execution.
- Ability to research new concepts and suggest innovative designs that balance requirements with technology standards.
- Ability to influence, develop and maintain applied software architectures.
- Working knowledge of multiple programming languages applied in Cloud/Edge/Hybrid solutions.
- Background in pattern design and working within a cloud-based service infrastructure.
- Familiarity with developing scalable domain-specific languages and pipelines.
- Knowledge of object-oriented development patterns.
- Analytical skills that aid in reaching product goals and quarterly outcomes.
- Technical leadership abilities – working independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Structured software testing practices (automated and manual).

- Conducts full-stack design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of software solutions (On-Premises/Cloud/Hybrid) and/or firmware components comprising multiple software development disciplines (UI, IoT, API, Mobile, Firmware, etc.).
- Engages and communicates with stakeholders ranging from developers to architects to end-users.
- Conducts hands-on, rapid prototyping and product development across software platforms.
- Defines, codes, and applies automated tests within the pipeline release cycle.
- Creates and maintains technical documentation.
- Identifies and documents development standards.
- Actively participates on Feature and Story creation in the product backlog.
- Mentors, guides, and coaches Software Developers on development skills across multiple disciplines and execution frameworks.
- Continuously learns and applies industry best practices on modern software delivery practices.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to accomplish project and product objectives.

Posted: February 19, 2026 Edited by Dentaltown staff Versailles, Ohio - Midmark Corp. has launched a new generation of connected dental operatory solutions and smart mechanical room equipment. The updated Midmark Dental Chair, Delivery System and LED Light are designed to improve connectivity, ergonomics and workflow efficiency while supporting patient comfort and provider musculoskeletal health. Midmark also introduced the Smart Air Compressor and Smart G-Vacuum, which provide practices with visibility into mechanical room performance, equipment status notifications and tools to help reduce unplanned downtime. The launch also includes the next generation of Midmark Steam Sterilizers. Company officials said the new systems are intended to support integration, reliability and long-term performance across the clinical environment. Midmark RTLS has launched its Bluetooth Low Energy Sensory Network, offering healthcare facilities a faster, more cost-effective path to facility-wide real-time location tracking. The system uses plug-in BLE sensors to provide near-room location precision of 3-5 metres for staff, patients and equipment. The solution supports critical use cases including asset tracking and staff duress, with minimal infrastructure investment and rapid deployment. Midmark is also releasing a BLE/IR Hybrid Sensory Network in limited early release, combining BLE coverage with infrared technology for room-level precision to support advanced applications like nurse call automation and patient flow. Since 1988, over 1,100 hospitals and clinics have deployed Midmark CareFlow RTLS. The new system is designed as an enterprise-wide platform that can scale with operational needs.
