Accel Entertainment provides video gaming terminals (VGTs) to liquor-licensed venues, fraternal and veterans organizations, and truck stops, earning a share of the gaming revenue. It installs and maintains the VGTs in partner locations and offers ongoing customer support and compliance guidance to meet state rules. The company distinguishes itself through long-standing licensing (one of the first Illinois Terminal Operators in 2012), strong relationships with partners, and a focus on compliance across multiple states including Illinois, Montana, Nevada, Nebraska, and Pennsylvania. Its business model centers on revenue sharing rather than selling machines outright, aligning Accel’s success with the performance of its partner locations. Accel’s goal is to expand its presence in legalized gaming markets by helping partners grow revenue while maintaining high-quality, compliant gaming experiences.

Accel Entertainment acquires Dynasty Games assets

Accel Entertainment acquires Dynasty Games assets. The deal, facilitated through Accel's Century Gaming Technologies subsidiary, adds around 123 electronic gaming terminals to the company's portfolio of 2,757 in the state. Accel will also expand its Northern Nevada presence with 20 new active locations in Gardnerville, Verdi, Dayton, Fernley, Stagecoach, and Sun Valley, adding to the 370 locations it already works with in the state. Two additional locations are pending regulatory approval. Accel said its data analytics and Gamblers Bonus Loyalty Program will be used alongside the Dynasty Games assets to "enhance customer engagement and drive incremental growth over the coming years." The company said the deal will be accretive to its 2026 financial results but did not disclose the valuation of the acquisition. "Combined with our existing footprint in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Elko, Wells, Spring Creek and Carlin, Accel now operates the most comprehensive and scaled route coverage in the state - a competitive advantage that is expected to drive continued growth and new location development," said Accel Entertainment CEO Andy Rubenstein. "After more than 30 years serving Northern Nevada's gaming community, it was important to find a partner who values relationships and integrity as much as results," said Roger Fuller, the owner of Dynasty Games. "Century Gaming Technologies has earned a strong reputation through its emphasis on customer care, and I'm excited to see our locations and customers benefit from Accel's experience and dedication to the local market." Accel Entertainment has bolstered its land-based gambling presence in Nevada, US, with the acquisition of the route operation assets of Dynasty Games. Donors to the ICE Barcelona '25 Sustainable Gambling Zone are backing a Catalonian educational initiative to help prevent behavioural addiction and digital dependency in adolescents. Great Britain's Gambling Commission has handed Done Brothers (Cash Betting), trading as Betfred, a fine of £825,000.
