Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, including at least 3 years focused on AWS cloud development.
  • Proven experience building and deploying production applications in AWS environments using serverless, containerized, or microservices architectures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex, legacy-integrated systems.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and modern development practices.
  • Eligibility for Public Trust Clearance based on the stated suitability criteria.
  • At least three years of maintained United States residency during the last five continuous years.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop full-stack applications, including front-end user interfaces, back-end services, APIs, and database integrations.
  • Build scalable and secure cloud solutions on AWS, ensuring high availability, performance, and cost optimization.
  • Migrate or modernize legacy systems to AWS cloud environments, including hybrid setups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement DevSecOps practices, including automated testing, code reviews, continuous integration and deployment, and monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack, including AWS infrastructure and application layers.
  • Ensure solutions are maintainable and aligned with agency standards for security and accessibility.
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment by participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Present technical solutions and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation in development processes.
