Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or other related field.
  • 3 years' experience in warehousing.
  • Familiar with the workflow and system of warehousing, distribution and after-sale services, etc. Experience in logistics planning and operations management.
  • Must be fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.
  • Excellent organization, planning, collaboration and communication skills. Service and teamwork oriented, can work under pressure.
  • Self-confident and passionate.
Responsibilities
  • In charge of daily operations at US local warehouse and 3PL. Streamline and standardize business processes according to local operations requirements. Establish instruction and regulation of day-to-day operations. Be responsible for specific business KPIs.
  • Onboard local customers. Communicate and solve daily operations issues.
  • Responsible for assigning and managing employees to ensure a safe and efficient work environment, minimizing operational cost and maximizing operational quality.
  • Optimize operations process of the overseas logistics business. Support new business launch, SOPs and training.
  • Develop training materials, organize training programs to warehouses' associates and 3PL partners, improve the overall operations capacity.
  • Analyze and report operational performance. Continuous improvement of operational management.
  • Ensure compliance with government and company regulations, policies and procedures.
