Responsibilities
  • Assisting with client outreach, consultations, and follow-ups
  • Supporting the preparation of quotes and plan recommendations for clients
  • Helping clients through the application process and ensuring accuracy
  • Maintaining client and prospect databases
  • Shadowing senior representatives during virtual and in-person client meetings and Medicare seminars
  • Collaborating with the team on new ideas and improvements to the sales process
  • Learning about Medicare policies and keeping up with industry trends
  • Assist the Operations team as needed during high-volume peak times
