Requirements
- 10 Years + in Product Development within Automotive Electrical Industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to facilitate/negotiate with customers as well as internal organization
- Fluent in Japanese
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading a team
- Plan all activity between Engineering teams
- Reporting and updating Upper Management on progress and efficiency and budgets
- Program Management is a necessity in this role/Quality of Service
- Understanding and implementing system/design/test requirements, including hardware, software, mechanical, algorithm, manufacturing
- Develop your group of engineers through consultation and employee reviews
- C40 process will be implemented for projects, programs and meetings
- Internal design activities requirements of WCA, DFMEA, Prototypes & Drawings
