Requirements
  • Volkswagen High Voltage certification and training
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Service Technician or related automotive repair experience
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Manual dexterity and the ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, reaching)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using diagnostic tools, service manuals, and manufacturer specifications
  • Perform inspections and a wide range of repairs, from routine maintenance to complex engine and transmission work
  • Document all work performed and parts used on service orders
  • Communicate with customers clearly and professionally, providing accurate estimates, timelines, and updates
  • Stay current on automotive technologies, tools, and repair procedures through ongoing training
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Support the service team by recommending preventative maintenance, performing test drives, and collaborating on complex repairs
Desired Qualifications
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications a strong plus
