Overview
The Co-op/Intern - Scientific Data Support Analyst will work within the CMC Process Development & Industrialization (PD&I) department, supporting the alignment of data sets and enhancing the efficiency of digital tools used by our scientists. This role is crucial for facilitating effective data management practices and promoting the use of digital resources across our research platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the review and analysis of current data practices within lab-based departments, identifying areas for improvement.
Support the development and implementation of data pipelines to ensure seamless integration of diverse data sources.
Develop and improve dashboards and visualizations to enhance data interpretation and decision-making processes.
Utilize digital tools and data analytics to support R&D initiatives and streamline workflows.
Work on lab equipment connectivity and ensure seamless integration between Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) systems.
Collaborate with senior Scientific Data Transformation Leaders to enhance data quality, accessibility, and integrity according to Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reusability (FAIR) principles.
About you
Basic Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Life Sciences, Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Computer Science, or related fields at an accredited college or universitywith the expectation that you will complete yourcurrent degreebySpring 2027
Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi.
Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship
Must have permanent US work authorization
Preferred Qualifications:
A strong interest in data management, biopharmaceutical R&D, and digital transformation strategies.
Basic understanding of FAIR data principles and data standardization processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills with fluency in English; French is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multinational team environment.
