What you’ll do

• Collaborate closely with the Partnerships, Events, and Leadership teams as part of the Marketing & Growth team, advocating for hacker needs and feedback

• Handle incoming support tickets, directing them to the relevant team member, and ensure that ETHGlobal provides exceptional customer support for attendees

• Support builders in person at global events by managing a team of technical mentors and directly answering non-technical attendee questions

• Collect and manage feedback from all event attendees, identify trends, and collaborate with the rest of the team to address attendee issues

Who we’re looking for

• Have 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer support or service industry role

• Are deeply empathetic and care about the people you interact with

• Have an inbox-zero mentality

• Have experience working with developers
