  • 5+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, ideally within B2B
  • Proven ability to drive lifecycle marketing initiatives across multiple channels (email, in-app, push, SMS, paid, and web), creating integrated campaigns that engage users throughout the customer journey
  • Demonstrated success in designing customer journeys that materially increase conversions and revenue
  • Deep fluency with AI-powered marketing workflows, including content generation, testing, and insights
  • First-principles thinker who challenges assumptions and develops unconventional solutions
  • Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy
  • Strong communicator and collaborator across marketing, product, and sales teams
Responsibilities
  • Design and own the customer journey: Map each stage, identify friction points, and design experiments to accelerate conversion
  • Own and scale channels: Lead email, in-product, and push; test emerging channels
  • Segment intelligently: Build ICP-based segmentation and personas
  • Experiment relentlessly: Develop and run hypothesis-driven roadmaps, measuring results against revenue
  • Innovate: Go beyond the playbook, bring new ideas in AI workflows, creative personalization, and global localization
