Carta launches Claude plugins for private capital ops, saving firms weeks of manual work

Carta has made its suite of Plugins for Claude broadly available, with over 1,500 companies and firms already using them since the initial launch in April 2026. The plugins integrate fund administration, cap table management, and dealflow analytics directly into existing workflows. The platform includes three main plugins. The Investors Plugin enables fund CFOs to pull live cash data and generate reports. The CRM Plugin connects relationship management to economic data for investor outreach. The Cap Table Plugin allows equity administrators to access ownership records and generate reports. Delta-v Capital, managing $1.6 billion across 28 funds, reduced compliance work from weeks to near-instant workflows.
