Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in learning and development, program management, learning program deployment, and partner/vendor management, ideally in dynamic, early-stage companies.
  • Broad HR expertise in talent acquisition, total rewards, employee engagement, performance development, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and business partnership.
  • Consistent track record of designing, developing, and implementing practical, scalable P&C programs, and deploying adult learning processes for professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring professional teams to achieve high performance and in driving effective organizational and behavioral change with innovative tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to travel domestically approximately 10% of the time upon request.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, implement, manage, and enhance P&C programs such as PDP, learning and development, and coaching.
  • Partner with P&C Business Partners, colleagues, and vendors to ensure high-quality execution, continuous improvement, and effective communication of these programs, using tools, processes, and analytics for support.
  • Coordinate logistics and resources, manage budgets, and track milestones to ensure smooth execution.
  • Determine the annual PDP cycle and lead its planning and execution based on organizational goals.
  • Implement performance tracking processes, develop and deliver training on performance management, and provide guidance to managers.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and make informed recommendations for program enhancements.
  • Analyze organizational L&D needs and collaborate with team members to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions, partnering with external vendors to ensure high-quality program delivery.
  • Monitor program effectiveness, gather participant feedback, and make adjustments.
  • Scope coaching needs, evaluate and select skilled coaches, and drive the coaching program in partnership with external vendors.
  • Coordinate touchpoints to align objectives, track progress, and identify support, while integrating insights into L&D initiatives.
  • Serve as the PDP and L&D go-to, providing research, thought leadership, and best practices.
