Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis roles.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (minimum C1 level in both).
  • Advanced Excel skills: Power BI or similar tools are a plus.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Responsibilities
  • Support monthly financial closings, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data.
  • Tracking of both internal and external billing for all companies.
  • Support internal and external audit processes with relevant financial data and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights on business performance.
  • Prepare financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather financial inputs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in digitalization and process improvement initiatives within the Finance function.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in multinational environments or infrastructure sectors is a plus.
