  • 8+ years of general HR or Business/People Partner experience with a BA/BS degree OR 6+ years with a Master’s degree
  • Experience using data to influence decisions at a senior leadership level
  • Willingness and ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours
  • Passion to act with a quick pace and urgency
  • Ability to facilitate sensitive situations with empathy
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with utmost confidence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving acumen
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Hardware Engineering and Operations teams as their people partner
  • Lead teams in diverse analysis and inform strategic decisions
  • Harmonize foundational HR concepts to craft holistic HR strategies
  • Leverage data for advocacy and lead projects towards desired outcomes
  • Drive change initiatives and influence stakeholders
  • Maintain cultural and DEI awareness
  • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles
