  • Bachelor of Science degree in IT, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or relevant Business Degree. Postgraduate education desired
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale technology projects in the transportation industry or similar technical environments.
  • Deep technical knowledge spanning cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred), DevOps practices, software/hardware architecture, IoT, and sensing technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster effective collaboration among multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, plan, and oversee multifaceted projects that integrate both hardware and software, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and deadlines.
  • Engage deeply with technical teams across development and operations, contributing to detailed discussions to assess risks and monitor overall project health.
  • Coordinate stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, facilitating clear communication and collaboration to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.
  • Bridge technical and business teams, translating complex details into actionable plans for all parties involved.
Desired Qualifications
  • Texas licensed P.E. is welcomed but not strictly required
  • Experience working in regulated environments where compliance with SOX and RAMP is required is welcomed but not necessary.
