About the team:

Robinhood is looking for and Eng Ops Program Manager who will assume responsibility for our semi-annual engineering roadmap planning process and follow-on processes such as headcount prioritization and allocation, OKRs and program tracking.

This role offers you the opportunity to help craft engineering strategy and boost our operational rhythm while collaborating with business leads, engineering partners and the Technical Programs organization. The Technical Programs organization unifies our Engineering Operations, Engineering Enablement, and Technical Program Management teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to be agile and adapt to the growing needs of the business, and help build strong connections and balanced practices that lead to successful team outcomes.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Owning the business planning process and iterative planning within engineering with close partnership with TPM team and, leading conversations with key partners to develop concepts for critical initiatives and developing those into Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across the organization
• Implementing engineering headcount prioritization and allocation processes taking into account planning, OKRs, site strategy, and business priorities
• Building a framework to track progress on goals and key performance indicators across engineering to ensure alignment and accountability
• Lead cross-functional projects by facilitating communication, coordination, planning and execution across the Engineering team and partners

About you:

• 7+ years relevant work experience in program management, operations, or business operations at a technology company or in engineering domain companies or management consulting firms.
• Experience working in engineering organizations spanning work across engineering, product, technical program management and engineering operations. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with ease
• Outstanding organizational and time leadership skills, with strong attention to detail and a proven track record to take ownership of multiple projects
• Excellent problem solving skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and develop ways of addressing them
• Ability to influence and empower people across a broad variety of job functions through data, compassion and relationships

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
