Requirements
  • Candidates should have prior work or life experience in a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program, or a recent graduate with a major in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field (a degree is not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in a Mac environment; experience with Google Docs.
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You work well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn email testing solutions (e.g., Litmus).
  • Comfort using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for sorting, filtering, and basic analytics.
  • Enthusiasm for learning how different systems connect and share data. (CRM, marketing automation tools, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Campaign Support & Execution
  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and testing email marketing campaigns.
  • Use tools like Litmus to preview and optimize email templates across different devices and email clients.
  • Contribute to weekly or monthly performance updates.
  • Identify and document any functional, aesthetic, or rendering issues before launch.
  • Collaborate with teammates to implement fixes.
  • Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
