  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in operations with at least 5 years in a senior role
  • Experience delivering a full range of IT support services, on large scale programs ($50M+); experience within the Intelligence Community
  • Expertise communicating with and presenting to high-level government stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of business development, capture, and proposal development
  • Demonstrated expertise in process methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • An active TS/SCI security clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI Poly) or higher
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the program teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team by promoting professional growth and curating a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned to MetroStar’s strategy map and BHAG
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for programs across the portfolio
  • Collaborate with leaders across MetroStar to support initiatives aligned to MetroStar’s strategy map including support for organic and new business growth opportunities
