Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Marketing Manager who is experienced in the national security sector and fluent in its language to join our business development team. This role is crucial in building our market presence, managing our CRM, and coordinating key activities that will help us engage effectively with our partners, clients, and users. The ideal candidate is a versatile communicator with excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to managing multiple projects, and a passion for empowering go to market strategy. 

Due to the nature of this position, only US citizens will be considered, with a preference for candidates with active secret or TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one. 

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships within the national security community, including partners, clients, and users, fostering a supportive and engaged network.
• Manage event marketing, publicity, and logistics for trade shows, ensuring our presence is impactful and well-coordinated.
• Triage inbound communication, efficiently handling inquiries about our capabilities and directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage a CRM system to streamline our engagement efforts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Launch and own a monthly newsletter, crafting content that highlights our achievements, updates, and industry insights.
• Ghostwrite copy for all social media posts, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging that supports community building and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in client engagement, partnership management, marketing, or a similar role within a tech startup or fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with CRM systems and community engagement platforms.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy.
