  • BA/BS Degree
  • 1-2 years experience in Account Management/Customer Success, Renewal Sales or Inside Sales

Responsibilities
  • Proactive outreach to customers with expiring subscriptions
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop a deep understanding of IXL’s products
  • Develop a keen understanding of customer needs and values
  • Effectively communicate new product enhancements and benefits
  • Develop and manage targeted campaigns to upsell and expand within existing accounts
  • Conduct regular territory review meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Accurately track all customer related activities
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve and enhance product offerings
