  • At least 5 years' experience working in a creative or medcomms agency; ideally across several disciplines including but not limited to digital, artwork & video/motion graphics
  • Experience on multiple agile development teams in a variety of different contexts (team sizes, organizations, cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc)
  • Experience of Lean Agile delivery in organisations of a similar size
  • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: Requirements Gathering, User Stories, Retrospectives, Quality Assurance
  • Excellent communication & mentoring skills
Responsibilities
  • Managing multiple concurrent initiatives with shared resources & dependencies.
  • Working closely with Operations & client services to manage project delivery deadlines and client expectations across both Creative & Digital
  • Responsible for ensuring that content is brought to life through innovative design and creative & engaging solutions
  • Using agile ways of working with a mixture of hands-on hosting & coaching
  • Ensuring creative teams produce high-quality work efficiently & in alignment with brand standards
  • Fostering collaboration between teams & departments, flagging & managing dependencies
  • Comfortable planning milestones & team capacity to ensure work is delivered & expectations are managed
  • Support within resourcing & workflow management
  • Comfortable marrying the delivery of digital and creative services and physical processes
  • Creating and managing relationships with third parties and suppliers
  • Provide coaching, support, and share knowledge with your immediate team and across the business
