Requirements
  • Expert in Apex, Lightning, visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Javascript.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of Salesforce application development experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1 & 2, Administrator 201.
  • Experienced with Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs and its integration capabilities.
  • Experienced with Web UI frameworks in Visualforce pages or Lightning components.
  • Strong command on Salesforce platform, its capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong command on Trigger, batch, schedulers, platform Event, and Change Data Capture.
  • Good understanding of Object oriented programming concepts.
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Development: Hands-on experience, along with the ability to lead a team of developers in creating Salesforce solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that meet Uber’s business needs.
  • Design, build, and optimize Salesforce functionality for B2B teams.
  • Build and configure APIs with internal and 3rd-party cloud solutions.
  • Check in and deploy code and configurations; participate in release management.
  • Improve and build solutions to address architectural gaps or technical debt.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Update and maintain technical documentation for business and compliance purposes.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on Salesforce system health and usage. Identify needed system improvements related to performance and scalability and refactor existing sub-optimal features.
  • Execute with a team of solution architects, program managers, and engineers.
