  • A first experience in the audioprothésiste profession is a plus.
  • Holding the state audioprothésiste diploma is a plus.
  • Training as an audioprothèse technical assistant or equivalent is strongly recommended.
  • Applicants must demonstrate interpersonal skills, rigor, and discretion when handling data.
Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls, assist members at the counter, schedule appointments, and provide information about services and audioprothèse equipment.
  • Administer member files, manage correspondence, and maintain complete, accurate, and relevant records, including required documents such as prescriptions.
  • Record orders, receive payments, provide change when necessary, and manage cash and card transactions according to procedures.
  • Provide after-sales service when needed.
  • Ship new orders and repair requests, verifying received items against invoices and original purchase orders.
  • Assemble new hearing aids, add a new receiver when needed, verify device operation, and charge accessories.
  • Follow infection-control, personal-data protection, confidentiality, safety, storage, and internal-procedure standards.
  • Transmit appropriate information to social security and social-protection organizations when necessary.
  • Call members to schedule follow-up appointments, fitting and adjustment sessions, and item collection.
  • Advise members on routine equipment maintenance and resolve comfort or fitting-control issues, including battery replacement, maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Order supplies required for the audioprothèse center.
  • Clean the audio center when necessary and stock merchandise and supplies.
  • Support the proper operation of the department and warehouse, and assist other warehouse services as needed.
  • Conduct marketing activities within and outside the audioprothèse center to increase sales in accordance with the service manager’s plans.
