  • Strong communication skills, experienced in managing relationships with senior business stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present the articulate key points to senior management.
  • Understanding the need of our clients and the business and tailoring the approach accordingly

Responsibilities
  • Leading analysis tasks which contribute to the delivery of business outcomes as required by the Business Sponsor/Product Owner.
  • Lead the business analysis approach to ensure the effective delivery of Enterprise Change initiatives covering activities such as: Confirming nature and scope of change; Impact assessment of changes; GAP & Options analysis; Analysis and documentation of requirements; Identification and analysis of solutions; Design and implementation of process and organisational changes.
  • Interpret business requirements into process change, organisational change and system change requirements.
  • Solution Design - estimating complexity and size, determining technical design (within architectural guidelines) and business process and organisational change.
  • Contribute to high level analysis of proposed epics/programmes to identify scope, size and value.
  • Supports Project Managers and Programme Managers in understanding the analysis & solution impacts and work required to define and deliver business outcomes.
  • Provide business analysis support to Project / Programme Manager and Business Sponsors in preparing the business case.
  • Partners with the Project / Programme Manager, business & technology leads to shape and structure the programme deliverables.
  • Work with colleagues from Change & Technology teams to proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Develop effective and trusted relationships with vendors and other parties external to Schroders that are part of the programme delivery and able to support the engagement to undertake feasibility & options analysis.
  • Supports Product Owners and Project Managers with the required oversight to ensure that requirements including features and stories to be delivered by the Delivery team are suitably well defined and structured and meet business outcomes.
  • Deputise for the Project Manager when required and appropriate.
  • Assist creation of test cases and support test execution to ensure configuration, system and process changes are in line with documented requirements. Ensure the test strategy is documented to stem from the business requirements that act as guidance for the team to implement a suitable software testing approach.
  • Contribute to implementation plans including internal & external communication, training plans and transition to BaU.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience and understanding of the Asset Management industry.
  • Basic professional qualifications relating to the asset management industry (such as IMC) and business analysis practises (ISEB).
  • Educated to at least undergraduate degree level.

Schroders appoints Patrick Schwyzer as client group head for Europe from April 2026

Schroders has appointed Patrick Schwyzer as head of Client Group, Europe, effective 7 April 2026. Schwyzer joins from UBS, where he served as CEO of Credit Suisse (Luxembourg), overseeing more than 350 employees across several European countries. In his new role based in Zurich, Schwyzer will develop and implement client strategy across European markets, working with country heads to advance business among wealth, wholesale and institutional clients. He brings over 20 years of experience in private banking and asset management. The appointment follows Schroders' continued European expansion, including recent active ETF launches that attracted over $1 billion in assets within four months. Schroders' EMEA division generated more than £700 million in net operating revenue for 2025. In February, Nuveen agreed to acquire Schroders for approximately £9.9 billion.

Schroders launches €100M ELTIF blending public and private corporate credit

Schroders has launched Schroders Capital Semi Liquid High Income Credit, an actively managed ELTIF that invests across public and private corporate credit opportunities. The firm is seeding the fund with €100 million. The fund offers a flexible strategy spanning high-yield bonds, syndicated loans and direct private corporate credit within a single portfolio. It aims to capitalise on relative value opportunities across what Schroders calls the "corporate credit continuum", dynamically allocating capital as market conditions evolve. The fund will provide daily NAV calculations, daily subscriptions and monthly redemptions. It is managed by three leveraged finance specialists—Henry Craik-White, Amit Staub and Daniel Pearson—supported by Schroders' European credit research team. Schroders' global fixed income platform manages over €10 billion in leveraged finance assets.

GIC-backed Han's CNC prices Hong Kong IPO at top of range, targets HK$4.83B raise

Shenzhen Han's CNC Technology has priced its Hong Kong IPO at HK$95.80 per share, the top of its marketed range, raising HK$4.83 billion. The printed circuit board equipment maker is offering 50.5 million shares. The deal attracted 10 cornerstone investors committing US$309.8 million combined, including Singapore's GIC, Schroders and Victory Giant Technology. According to its prospectus, Han's CNC was China's largest specialised PCB production equipment manufacturer by revenue in 2024, with a 10.1 per cent market share. The listing adds to Hong Kong's strong start to the year, with IPOs raising about US$5.5 billion in January, the highest for the month since January 2021. Shares are expected to begin trading on 6th February.
