Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering.
  • Advanced software engineering skills in Rust, Go, or Python.
  • Deep understanding of Linux, storage, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with workload schedulers such as SLURM or Kubernetes scheduling, or equivalent.
  • Expertise with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm automation tooling.
  • Experience architecting multi-tenant systems.
  • Production site reliability engineering experience, including on-call, incident response, and observability.
Responsibilities
  • Build the control plane and application programming interfaces that unify the compute fleet.
  • Own provisioning and lifecycle management from rack bring-up to node retirement.
  • Operate the scheduling layer for training and inference workloads.
  • Architect multi-tenancy, including isolation, quota, fairness, and accounting.
  • Build automation that eliminates manual operations.
  • Drive reliability, observability, and incident response across the fleet.
