The Marketing Team is part of the Communications Department. This role will focus on supporting the video production team on project managing for the production of video and photography content. This is a hands-on role and requires a self-starter who thrives in personal time management to meet fast-paced deadlines and is highly collaborative to align multiple stakeholders across teams/departments.
Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing team to produce video and still content for internal and external channels
- Assist with cross-functional coordination and communication for video production projects
- Support video and photography projects from beginning to end - working closely with the Marketing and Video team/s to set and manage timelines for pre-production, production, and post-production (including editing, color-grading, and audio) phases of projects
- Running review cycles, collecting feedback, and communicating it to relevant team members to ensure projects are completed on time and delivered to the expected high standard
- Own quality control (QC) of all Video and Photography assets
- Manage and run meetings (agenda, feedback, and notes)
- Participate in project kickoffs, content meetings, reviews, and other project-based meetings
- Look for ways to enhance productivity through process improvements, task automation, and new tools
- Assist during on-location productions, liaise with location managers and external production crew
- Support resource prioritization for the team
- Support procurement of vendors/suppliers/agencies/rental houses and purchasing equipment as needed
Qualifications
- +4 yrs experience at a production agency or inhouse company
- Experience in all stages of live-action video production (pre-, production, and post-production).
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Extremely organized
- Experience working across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Appreciation for design, user experiences, and brand identities
- Strong communication skills
- Project or task management software (Asana preferred)
- Google Suite
- Understanding of NLE, sound design, visual effects, and color grading processes
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite & Davinci Resolve
- Microsoft Office Word
- Crew/agency production connections in the Bay Area
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $101,000 to $144,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.

Vaccine Mandate
