Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success, implementation, strategic or management consulting role. Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
  • This is a demanding position with high internal and external visibility, that requires strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products
  • Excellent consultative skills with experience in end to end system implementations
  • Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders: executives, Product and Engineering leadership, day-to-day users of our software
Responsibilities
  • Be on the front-lines and ensure our customers achieve their clinical and operational goals through implementation of Elation’s solution, collaborating with both external and internal stakeholders to get the job done
  • Manage the deployment of Elation’s solution to large and medium scale customers, enabling customers to achieve quick time to value in their investment
  • Create and execute project plans that include success criteria, and a repeatable playbook for future implementations
  • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health
  • Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
  • Deeply understand the Elation’s capabilities and explain them to customers of all types.
  • Proficiency in the use and application of AI tools to enhance efficiency and the customer experience

Elation Health launches AI billing fast lane that processes 72% of primary care claims touchlessly

Elation Health has announced AI-powered billing workflows designed to automate primary care reimbursement. The system connects clinical documentation, chart context and past claims data to generate bill-ready claims from visit notes, reducing manual intervention for clinicians and staff. In pilot practices, 72% of eligible claims were created without manual input from visit note sign-off. Of those, over 95% were reviewed and submitted for reimbursement without additional intervention. The workflows include smart coding suggestions based on existing patient data, automated claim review with a touchless fast lane for routine submissions, and performance benchmarks targeting denial rates under 5%. The system is currently available to existing Elation Billing customers, with plans to expand to more practices in coming months. Elation Health's platform serves over 47,000 clinicians and 24 million patients.
