Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and a minimum 6 years of related experience or Master's Degree in STEM with 4 years of related experience
  • Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
  • At least one year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule
  • Experience supporting US Government contracts and customers and/or project management in other industries
Responsibilities
  • Promotes the professional development of the Homeroom workforce and fosters a collaborative culture that sustains the momentum around employee engagement and inclusion, affordability, innovation, value growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Manages and guides direct report annual goals, performance evaluations and compensations reviews.
  • Ensures accurate time charging and timecard approvals.
  • Manages conflict resolution, performance issues and improvement plans.
  • Mentors career growth for team of direct reports.
  • Aligns direct reports to technical roles based on program needs.
  • Helps identify stretch assignments and opportunities - Works as the integration lead for all elements across the weapon system that interact with LGC Specific Hardware.
  • Responsible for the overall test and checkout and delivery of the missile to include requirements, test planning, test execution of all Ground Test and Flight Test Missiles and Product Support Equipment required to execute.
  • Responsible to serve as technical expert for electrical and mechanical support equipment design to include Electronic Ground Support Equipment, hardware working stands, lift fixtures, cooling systems, electrical interfaces, cable design, and similar equipment.
  • Will be a primary point of contact for internal and USG customer interaction and coordination and a representative of the flight systems test.
Desired Qualifications
  • US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.
  • Experience with Verification Cross Reference Matrices.
  • Experience in using a requirements management tool, such as DOORS
  • Experience with Model-Based Engineering Tools
  • Experience developing and executing integrated hardware and software testing.
  • Experience with IBM JAZZ
  • Experience with ICBMs or DoD programs
  • Experience with AF Test Directive 99-103
  • Experience with entire product lifecycles, modeling, and engineering best practices
