We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team in a hybrid role from our Plano, TX office.
This role will report to the Manager of Human Resources and will have a broad range of responsibilities, from managing the day-to-day steps of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, terminations, recruitment and administrative tasks related to employees. The Human Resource Generalist will also provide project level support in a variety of areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted point of contact for designated employees of the assigned Group.
- Proactively support the delivery of HR processes and manage assigned HR projects; delivering results in a timely fashion and as required with the deadlines provided.
- Be a preliminary point of contact for managers for employee relations issues; escalate to the HR Manager at the appropriate time.
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letter / employment agreements, proprietary rights agreements, commission / incentive plans, etc.
- Creation of onboarding plans and educating newly hired / acquired employees on applicable HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
- Support and partner with the Corporate Payroll team, as needed.Responsible for reviewing the payroll reports for the designated Group and for flagging nuances, as needed.
- Timely review and upkeep of the HRIS (Workday) system, including, but not limited to employee personnel file auditing and completion.Being accountable for timely completion of employee files.
- Aide in the creation of employee engagement plans for designated Group.Participate and support the employee engagement plan for the designated Group.
- Provide necessary training to employees and managers, as required.
- Build strong business relationships with designated Group.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legislative requirements; participate in corporate audits to confirm ongoing compliance.
- General HR support and assist with HR Projects, as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
- Degree in the field of Human Resources or Business, preferred
- Ability to work in a decentralized HR team environment with support from Corporate.
- Experience with HRIS, Workday preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
