Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience managing brand channels or equivalent on a major platform (e.g., YouTube, Meta, TikTok) or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in platform-specific analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite)
  • Deep knowledge of platform algorithms and content formats

Responsibilities
  • Stay up to date on X/Twitter’s evolving features, algorithm changes, content trends, and competitor benchmarks
  • Maintain and share internal documentation or update briefs to keep teams aligned on platform updates and strategic shifts
  • Serve as the in-house expert on X/Twitter best practices, audience behavior, and platform-specific opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement rate, impressions, follower growth, CTR, and content shares
  • Generate weekly performance insights to inform content strategy and distribution; present findings to the VP of Social
  • Recommend and execute A/B tests on tweet copy, post timing, visual formats, and thread structures to optimize performance
  • Lead rapid-response strategy pivots in reaction to performance dips or algorithm updates-testing formats like polls, threads, and Q&A prompts
  • Own the full publishing process on X, including writing engaging tweet copy, scheduling posts, selecting optimal timing, and ensuring consistency with broader brand campaigns
  • Develop and enforce governance around platform usage, including compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Act as the go-to contact for troubleshooting platform tools and managing vendor relationships
  • Train internal teams on X/Twitter tools, trends, and strategic platform usage to maximize reach and engagement
